I tried to be patient and give these a fair chance, but they broke after just two wears. That’s way too soon for something I expected to actually last. Frustrating, and I’m not happy with it.

"Fabric felt cheaper than I expected"
I ordered from rubyrd.com and the fabric was a letdown. It looked much nicer in the photos, but in person it felt thin, kind of rough, and just not like something worth the price.
After one wash, it already looked worn out and the seams weren’t sitting right anymore. I get that things can look a little different online, but this felt like a big drop in quality.
I reached out and mostly got one of those canned apology replies that sounds like it was copied and pasted, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Maybe I got unlucky, but I wouldn’t order again.

I checked out rubyrd.com and overall it looks okay. The colors are decent, and for some reason I was expecting it to feel more outdated, but it doesn’t really come across that way.
That said, a few parts of the design feel kind of busy. Some sections could use a little more breathing room, and for some reason certain things don’t stand out as much as they probably should.
Browsing the site works fine, but it’s not the smoothest or most polished experience. It’s not bad at all, I just think the overall style could be cleaned up a bit

It looked okay overall, but my first gut reaction was that the shade was darker than what I expected from the photos. Not a huge deal, but it wasn’t quite the color I thought I was getting.

"Delivery was slow"
To be fair, the order did arrive in the end, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I was checking for updates a lot and it just felt like it dragged on

"Didn’t feel worth the price to me"
I paid for this because I thought it was going to be a step up from the usual cheaper options, or at least feel a little more premium, but that really wasn’t my experience. What I got ended up feeling basic, like the kind of thing I wouldn’t have minded if it cost a lot less, but at this price it just didn’t make sense to me. I kept trying to figure out what exactly I was paying extra for, and I never really found an answer. Maybe other people will get more value out of it or have different expectations, but for me personally, I wouldn’t spend my money here again. One star.

"Honestly, I’m not happy with it"
I really didn’t feel like it was worth it. The whole thing just left me annoyed, honestly. I kept thinking it would get better, but it didn’t, and that just made me more frustrated. For what I paid, I expected more, and I’m still annoyed that it ended up feeling like a waste.

"Hard to use and just really frustrating"
I had a rough time using the site. It felt slow, slow enough that I kept wondering if pages were even loading, and a few buttons just did nothing when I clicked them.
I also couldn’t find basic info without digging around, and the whole thing felt messy, messy and confusing. After a while I just gave up because it was more annoying than helpful

"Had to wait too long for support"
I needed a quick answer, but support took way too long to get back to me. I ended up chasing them twice, which was frustrating because the whole point of reaching out was to get help without wasting more time. From my experience, the service might be okay if your issue isn’t urgent, but it didn’t work well for me when I needed a fast response.
"Packaging was disappointing"
The box showed up crushed, and the items inside didn’t look like they were packed with much care. Nothing felt very secure, so I was kind of surprised it made it here at all...

"Sizing feels way off"
I ordered my usual size and it didn’t fit right at all. The sizing just feels really off, which is frustrating because now I have to deal with returns or exchanges. it kind of gives me the impression they’re more focused on making the sale than making sure customers get something that actually fits

I was disappointed because almost everything I looked for was unavailable. I get that stock can run low sometimes, but it would be decent to keep the site updated or offer some clear alternatives so people don’t waste their time.

"Order showed up wrong"
I ordered from Ruby Rd and what arrived wasn’t what I actually picked. A couple of the sizes and colors were mixed up, and one item was completely different. I even went back and checked my confirmation email to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but everything was correct there. It’s frustrating because now I’m not sure I can trust them to get a basic order right. i don’t think I’d order from them again.

I was hoping the discount code would make the price feel reasonable, but it barely took anything off. The prices already felt way too high, so it kind of felt like I got my hopes up for nothing. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth it...
